01Which subjects do you teach?

We specialise in Mathematics and Physics for students following the Cambridge, IB Diploma Programme, CBSE and Edexcel curricula.

02Which levels do you teach?

We teach students from Secondary School, IGCSE, AS and A Level, and the IB Diploma Programme, depending on the curriculum.

03Are lessons conducted online?

Yes. All lessons are conducted live online using interactive teaching tools, so students can learn from the comfort of home. Concepts are written out on a physical whiteboard as they are explained.

04What equipment does my child need?

  • A calculator when required

How lessons run

05How long is each lesson?

Lesson duration depends on the programme. Most lessons run 1.5 to 2 hours, with some Higher Level programmes requiring longer sessions.

06Do you offer one-to-one lessons?

Yes. Students may choose between one-to-one tuition, or premium small group tuition with a maximum of two students.

07Are lessons personalised?

Yes. Lessons are adapted to each student's learning needs, strengths and academic goals.

08Will homework be given?

Yes. Homework is provided after each lesson to reinforce learning, and it is reviewed in the following lesson.

09Do you use past paper questions?

Yes. Past paper and examination-style questions are introduced where appropriate, to help students develop examination confidence and problem-solving skill.

10How are fees charged?

Fees are charged monthly in advance. Please see the Fees page for the latest fee structure.

11Are worksheets included?

Yes. Complimentary worksheets and lesson resources are provided for enrolled students at no extra charge.

12Is there a registration fee?

No, there is no registration fee.

13Do you offer trial lessons?

Yes, we offer a free 30-minute trial session so you can see how lessons are delivered before committing.

If a lesson is missed

14What if my child cannot attend a lesson?

Please inform us as early as possible. Make-up lessons may be arranged based on the notice given and tutor availability. Full details are on our Policies page.

15What happens if my child misses a lesson without notice?

Lessons missed without prior notice are generally not eligible for a make-up lesson, since the time was reserved exclusively for the student.

16Can students ask questions during lessons?

Absolutely. Students are encouraged to ask questions throughout the lesson. Creating a comfortable learning environment is an important part of our teaching approach.

17How do you monitor student progress?

Progress is monitored through lesson participation, guided practice, homework review, and regular observation of each student's understanding and development.

18How can parents support learning at home?

Parents can encourage regular attendance, provide a quiet study environment, support homework completion, and communicate any concerns or questions.

20How soon can lessons begin?

Lesson commencement depends on class availability. We will do our best to arrange a suitable schedule as soon as possible.
